Best
Source for Used Network Equipment
GGI's number one priority is YOU - our
customers. When our products ship to you, you receive the
best! Packaged professionally, full diagnostics, and
technical specifications, all right to your door in an easy,
plug-n-play, excellent condition. To show our customers the
quality and service we deliver, we provide our standard GGI
One-Year Limited Warranty on all network products sold to
our retail end-user customers only.
Our GGI One-Year Limited Warranty covers equipment
functionality against being in a non-operational (broken)
state, defective, or dead on arrival (DOA). It does not
cover software, software licenses and transfers, software
upgrades, or key codes. Items ordered incorrectly or by
mistake are not considered: DOA or defective. Mistaken and
incorrect orders are not covered under warranty. Our GGI
One-Year Limited Warranty is not transferable and is for the
original purchasing customer only. If any product is deemed
defective, we will repair or replace the product at our
discretion and determination.
The warranty period begins on the day of shipment. If
the
product(s) under warranty are claimed to be defective,
the customer follows the warranty return policy described
below.
Returning
Used Network Equipment
RMA requests will be approved only if
the product is still within the stated warranty period and
must be received by GGI within 15 calendar days from the
date the RMA was issued. If it is not received within 15
calendar days from the date the RMA was issued, the customer
will be charged the full price for both the defective
product and the replacement product. If we receive the
product after 15 calendar days, it will not be accepted by
GGI and will not be eligible for repair, replacement, or
credit.
Call your account manager at (916) 415-9900 stating that
you have a defective part. Your account manager will open an
RMA and send you the appropriate forms to be completed. No
products can be returned without completed forms and
management authorization. Once these forms are returned, you
may be contacted by a network technician in an attempt to
resolve the problem remotely via phone or email. If payment
of equipment has not been made based on agreed upon invoiced
terms, the RMA will be held until such time as payment is
made.
Upon receipt of a GGI RMA number, ship the defective
product to GGI with a copy of your invoice, completed RMA
form, and completed credit card authorization form (if you
desire advance replacement). Unauthorized package(s) will be
refused at the loading dock.
When the product is received at our testing facility and
after the testing procedures are complete, GGI will
determine the validity of the RMA and what action will take
place under the warranty such as repair, replacement, or
credit towards the customer's account.
